With around 40 m² spread over two floors, the apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building, with no lift. On the entrance floor, you will find a bright and comfortable living room with a sofa bed, TV, dining table with 3 chairs, and a kitchenette. This area is equipped with a sink, fridge, and washer-dryer, offering everything you need for a practical and pleasant stay. On the same floor, there is also a full bathroom with sink and shower. The good natural light makes the space even more welcoming, and the internal staircase leads to the upper floor.
Upstairs, you will find the bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, and plenty of natural light, creating a peaceful space to relax after a day exploring the city.

Within just a few minutes on foot, you can also reach Restauradores, Rossio, and Portas de Santo Antão, some of Lisbon’s most central and emblematic areas, perfect for strolling, dining, or discovering the city. From Rossio, you can also take the train to Sintra and visit this unique town, its hills, and its historic monuments.
